HUDCO Signs MoU with MPUDCL for Rs.1,00,000 Crore Financial Assistance

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) on 11th July, 2025. The MoU aims to extend financial assistance for an amount of Rs.1,00,000 Crore over a period of five years for various Housing and Infrastructure projects in the State of Madhya Pradesh. HUDCO will also provide Consultancy Services and Capacity-Building support for the successful implementation of these projects. The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Mohan Yadav, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh, Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Hon’ble Minister, Urban Development and Housing, Madhya Pradesh, and other dignitaries.
