Howard Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This closure applies to all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
