Howard Hotels Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 28th January, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting is scheduled under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company's trading window for dealing in the equity shares has been closed from January 01, 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results to the Stock Exchange, in accordance with the company’s revised ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.
