HP Cotton: Kailash Agarwal's Shareholding Rises to 35.35% via Inter-Se Transfer

Kailash Kumar Agarwal, a promoter of HP Cotton Textile Mills Ltd, has increased his shareholding by acquiring 2,02,466 equity shares, representing 5.16% of the paid-up share capital. This acquisition was an off-market inter-se transfer, executed on June 15, 2026, as per Family Re-arrangement Agreements dated March 14, 2019, and February 12, 2020. Following this transaction, Kailash Kumar Agarwal's total shareholding in the company has increased from 30.19% (11,83,934 shares) to 35.35% (13,86,400 shares). The total promoter and promoter group shareholding remains at 64.90%.
