HT Media Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until Completion of 48 Hours After Declaration of Audited Financial Results for FY 2025-2026

HT Media Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will start from Tuesday, 31st March, 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the AFRs will be intimated later.
