Hubtown Ltd Announces Merger with 25 West Realty Private Limited: A ~6 Lac Sq Ft. Project in Bandra West with Expected Revenue of ~Rs. 6,000 Cr.

Hubtown Ltd has announced a merger with 25 West Realty Private Limited. The project, located in Bandra West, is a well-connected SRA project cum society redevelopment project with an overall plot size of ~4.5 acres, of which ~2.5 acres is the sale plot and a ~1 acre garden. The sale wings consist of a proposed ~6 lac square feet of carpet area, divided into 4 wings with 4 BHK, 5 BHK and higher configurations, and a minimum ticket size of INR 20 Cr+. The first wing, with construction up to 15 floors out of 34, offers apartments overlooking the Arabian Sea / Sea link and garden. RERA registration is in place for the first phase, and sales and construction for the first wing have commenced. The total expected revenue from the project is ~Rs. 6,000 Cr.
