Hubtown Ltd Resolves Long-Standing Litigations with GVFL Trustee Company by Acquiring Majority Stake in Three Subsidiaries for Rs. 16 Crores

Hubtown Ltd has entered into Share Purchase Agreements with GVFL Trustee Company to acquire majority stakes in three of its subsidiaries - Hubtown Bus Terminal (Adajan) Private Limited, Hubtown Bus Terminal (Ahmedabad) Private Limited, and Hubtown Bus Terminal (Mehsana) Private Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 16 Crores. This acquisition will result in the resolution of long-standing litigations with GVFL Trustee Company and will increase Hubtown's holding in these subsidiaries. The acquisition is in line with Hubtown's business strategy and is expected to be completed by February 2, 2026.
