Hubtown Ltd. to Consider Draft Scheme of Arrangement with 25 West Realty Private Limited

Hubtown Ltd. has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on June 30, 2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of a draft Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and 25 West Realty Private Limited. This scheme would envisage the merger of 25 West into and with the Company. 25 West is a group company and is currently developing a super luxury residential project named '25 West' located at Bandra, Mumbai. The Board will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chairperson.
