Huhtamaki India Closes Baddi PS Labels Factory

Huhtamaki India Limited is closing its Pressure Sensitive (PS) Labels manufacturing operations at its Baddi facility, effective October 30, 2026. This decision is part of a strategy to enhance operational efficiency, leverage scale, optimize capacity utilization, rationalize costs, and strengthen long-term competitiveness. The company will consolidate its PS Labels business at its existing facilities in Ambernath and Bangalore. The Baddi unit contributed INR 218.76 Million (0.92%) to the company's revenue in FY 2025. The closure is deemed not material from a materiality threshold perspective.
