Hypersoft Board approves Q4 & FY26 Audited Financial Results

The Board of Directors of Hypersoft Technologies Ltd, in their meeting held today, considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company also submitted the Independent Auditor's Report on these financial results, issued by M/s. ANANT RAO & MALLlK, Chartered Accountants, as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
