Hyundai Motor India Holds 30th AGM via Video Conference

Hyundai Motor India Limited conducted its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 26, 2026, entirely through video conferencing (VC). The meeting was held in compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. A live webcast facility was provided to shareholders. The proceedings included introductions of directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and auditors. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Tarun Garg, Managing Director & CEO. 116 shareholders attended the virtual AGM. The company will disclose further events related to SEBI LODR once the scrutinizers' report is available.
