I-Power Solutions Appoints Anand Chenji as CFO

I-Power Solutions India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anand Chenji as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective August 13, 2026. The meeting also reviewed and approved the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajendra Naniwadekar as Managing Director and Mr. Kodanda Ram Babu Punukollu, Mr. Naresh Kumar Bhatt, and Mrs. Sujata Jonnavittula as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
