ICDS Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insiders

ICDS Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The exact date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the results.
