ICICI Lombard Board Approves Audited Q1 FY27 Financial Results

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the Audited Financial Statements and Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the extension of tenure for Mr. Vinod Mahajan, Chief Investment Officer, from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2029, extending his service beyond his original retirement date. The meeting commenced at 3:40 p.m. and concluded at 5:50 p.m. The approved financial results and auditors' report have been submitted as required.
