ICICI Prudential AMC Board Meeting Oct 12 for Q2 FY27 Results & Dividend

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 12, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, to shareholders. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will be closed from October 1 to October 14, 2026.
