Icon Facilitators Ltd appointed M/s Priyansh Singhal & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 25, 2026, where the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The board also reviewed the statement of deviation(s) or verification(s) in respect of the utilization of the proceeds of the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the Company for the half year/ year ended March 31, 2026.
