ICRA Recommends ₹105 Dividend, Includes ₹35 Special Dividend

ICRA Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹105 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This includes a special dividend of ₹35 per equity share to commemorate the Company’s 35th year of operations. The dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026, will be paid on or before August 21, 2026. The record date for the dividend is July 23, 2026.
