ICSA (India) Ltd Appoints New Auditors, Changes Registered Office

ICSA (India) Ltd announced key changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 25th, 2026. The company appointed M/s. Bhargavi Priya and Associates as Statutory Auditors and T Durga Pallavi as Secretarial Auditor. Both appointments are for the term FY 2018-19 up to FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
