The authority claims the company wrongly discharged GST at 5% instead of the differential rate of 13%. The company plans to file an appeal against the order, expecting a favorable outcome. The total demand, including tax and penalty, amounts to ₹1,091.72 Million, which is ₹109.17 Crore.
