IDFC First Bank Announces 12th AGM on August 31, 2026

IDFC First Bank Ltd has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 02:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video-Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant circulars. The Notice of the AGM along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 has been dispatched to members registered with the Bank's Registrar and Transfer Agent or Depository Participants. The report includes financial statements, chairman's and MD & CEO's statements, corporate overview, and ESG information. Key highlights for FY2025-26 include loan assets of ₹2,90,278 crore, up 20% YoY, and deposits of ₹2,94,475 crore. Gross NPA stood at 1.61% and Net NPA at 0.48% for the overall bank.
