IEC Education Ltd Announces AGM Date and Book Closure

IEC Education Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 28, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing. The company has set September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible for voting. Book closure for the AGM will be from September 19, 2026, to September 28, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 25 to September 27, 2026. The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the notice for the AGM. Additionally, the resignation of M/s. Preksha Dawet & Associates as Scrutinizer was accepted, and M/s. M S T R & Associates were appointed as the new Scrutinizer.
