IEC Education Ltd. Insider Trading Window Closed Until After Q1 2026 Financial Results

IEC Education Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
