IEL Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window from 01st April, 2026

IEL Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in Equity Shares by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 01st April, 2026. The closure will last until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ending 31st March, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results will be intimated later.
