IEL Ltd to Enter Solar Energy and Solar Plant Business After Amending Memorandum of Association

IEL Ltd, a company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has announced an amendment in its Object Clause of Memorandum of Association to enter into Solar Energy and Solar Plant Business. The amendment, which is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders, will allow IEL Ltd to generate, develop, accumulate, produce, manufacture, purchase, process, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply, sub-contract and/or otherwise import, export, deal in any kind of power or electrical energy using solar energy and other forms of renewable energy. The company also plans to set up power plants, solar parks, and other facilities to generate power and deal in machinery, equipment, and other related articles for generating, distributing, and transmitting energy or power, including electricity.
