IFB Agro Industries Acquires Cargill's Shrimp, Freshwater Fish Feed Business for Rs. 110 Crores

IFB Agro Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of Cargill India Private Limited's entire commercial compound shrimp feed and freshwater fish feed business undertaking in India. The acquisition, which includes feed formulations, assets, contracts, liabilities, licenses, permissions, data, records, and employees, covers two manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh. The total consideration for the acquisition was Rs. 110.00 crores (Rupees One Hundred and Ten Crores), which was paid on 31st July, 2025. The acquisition has been completed as of 31st July, 2025, and the Company will commence operations at the acquired facilities effective 1st August, 2025.
