IIFL Capital Services Ltd Receives IRDAI Approval as Corporate Agent (Composite)

IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited, has received a Certificate of Registration from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to act as a Corporate Agent (Composite). The approval enables the Company to solicit and distribute a wide range of life and non-life insurance products, thereby expanding its product offerings and strengthening its service capabilities for customers. The Certificate of Registration is valid from December 19, 2025, to December 18, 2028.
