IIFL Finance subsidiary completes Xtracap acquisition

IIFL Finance Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IIFL Fintech Private Limited (formerly IIFL Open Fintech Private Limited), has successfully acquired Xtracap Fintech India Private Limited. Following the acquisition, IIFL Fintech now holds 89.69% of Xtracap's paid-up share capital, making Xtracap a step-down subsidiary of IIFL Finance. This move is a continuation of the company's strategic growth initiatives.
