IKIO Tech Board Approves FY26 Audited Results, Appointments

IKIO Technologies Ltd's board meeting on May 02, 2026, approved audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Madhu Pandit as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Woman Independent Director) for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Shiv Saroj & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditor. M/s Agarwal & Saxena were recommended as Statutory Auditors for 5 years, replacing M/s. BGJC & Associates LLP, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Narendra Prasad was appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The board approved the Board Report, the AGM notice (June 27, 2026), and the re-appointment of Mr. Hardeep Singh as Managing Director. Deployment of ₹39.023 Crore from IPO proceeds was also approved.
