IKIO Tech: Madhu Pandit Appointed as Additional Director

IKIO Technologies Ltd's board meeting on May 2, 2026, approved audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Ms. Madhu Pandit was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Woman Independent Director) for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Shiv Saroj & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditor. M/s Agarwal & Saxena will replace M/s. BGJC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Narendra Prasad was appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The board also approved the Board Report, the AGM notice scheduled for June 27, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Hardeep Singh as Managing Director. The deployment of ₹39.023 Crore from IPO proceeds was also approved.
