IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has clarified the reason for the delay in submitting the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company had approved the results in a board meeting on 5th February 2026 and submitted them within the stipulated timelines. However, due to a technical glitch at the Exchange platform, the submitted documents were not reflecting on the platform. The company has submitted the documents again and requested the Exchange to take the clarification on record.
