IL&FS Engineering Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed from October 1st, 2026, for the approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and six months ending September 30th, 2026. The trading window has been continuously closed since February 25th, 2025, and will remain so until further notification. Designated persons are advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
