Fedders Electric and Engineering Delisted from Bombay Stock Exchange & National Stock Exchange

Fedders Holding Ltd has informed that its material subsidiary, Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited, has received an order dated 23.02.2026 from Bombay Stock Exchange & National Stock Exchange approving the delisting of equity shares of Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited. The delisting will be effective from March 02, 2026. This decision comes in view of the order of Hon’ble NCLT Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj dated 16.10.2025. Fedders Holding Ltd does not anticipate any material impact on its consolidated financial statements.
