Fedders Holding Ltd Board Approves NSE Listing Application

Fedders Holding Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 27, 2026, approved making an application for the listing of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) via the Direct Listing route. The board also noted the resignation of Mrs. Sonal Singhal as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Woman Director due to personal reasons. Additionally, Mrs. Geeta Mittal was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Woman Independent Director) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Anil Kumar Kaushik and Mr. Rajpal Singh were also appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors).
