Trading Window Closure Announced by Fedders Holding Ltd for FY 2026

Fedders Holding Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated persons/Insiders and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be considered and approved. Transactions involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during this period are prohibited.
