Imagicaaworld Entertainment in Talks for Joint Venture with Shanku's Water Park

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has entered into discussions with Keshav Holiday Resort Private Limited, also known as Shanku's Water Park, for a potential joint venture in the state of Gujarat. The companies have signed a non-binding interest/offer, which has been accepted by Shanku's Water Park. The joint venture is subject to several conditions, including finalization of structure, terms, board approval, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and negotiation of definitive agreements. The parties have an exclusivity period of 180 days to explore, negotiate, and finalize the joint venture. Imagicaaworld Entertainment will provide updates as required by Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
