IMP Powers Reappoints Whole-Time Director, Secretarial Auditor

IMP Powers Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 8, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Naveen Kumar Singh as Whole-time Director for a further period of one year, effective August 8, 2026, subject to member approval. Additionally, Ms. Shilpa Shah was re-appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
