Impex Ferro Tech Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has scheduled its Twenty Eighth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The meeting will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. It will be conducted in a hybrid mode (both physical and virtual) at A.K. Sarawagi & Co. in Kolkata. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30(2) read with sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
