Incon Engineers: Audited Financial Results for FY26

Incon Engineers Ltd. has announced the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, following a board meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board approved the reappointment of G.P Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and scheduled the 56th Annual General Meeting for July 16, 2026. They also approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-26 and authorized land conversion pursuant to Telangana's HILTP policy.
