Incon Engineers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company will implement a trading window closure, effective until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This measure is to prevent potential insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the financial results announcement.
