Incredible Industries Ltd has announced its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 02:30 P.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). Concurrently, the company has declared a book closure period from September 12, 2026, to September 18, 2026, inclusive. This closure is for the purpose of the AGM and to facilitate any related administrative processes, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act, 2013.
