Ind Bank Housing Appoints Two New Directors

Ind Bank Housing Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of Smt. R. Padma as an Independent Director for a second consecutive five-year term and Shri. R Murugesan as a Non-Executive Nominee Director. Smt. Padma brings over 38 years of banking experience, having retired as Deputy General Manager. Shri. Murugesan, currently Regional Chief at HUDCO, has extensive experience in law and loan documentation. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and are in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
