Essix Biosciences acquires 70 lakh warrants in Ind-Swift Labs

Essix Biosciences Limited, a promoter group entity of Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd, has acquired 70,00,000 (Seventy Lakh) fully convertible warrants. These warrants, acquired for cash on a preferential basis on September 17, 2026, are convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares of face value ₹10 each. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquirer, along with other Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), belongs to the promoter and promoter group of Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited.
