Indef Manufacturing Ltd, the resulting company from demerged Hercules Hoists Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Conduct'. The trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results is yet to be intimated.
