Indergiri Finance Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Q.IVFY2026

Indergiri Finance Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from 01.04.2026 until the results for Q.IVFY2026 are published. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed for 'Designated Persons' until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The financial results will be declared once approved by the Board of Directors, with the date of the board meeting to be communicated in due course.
