India Cements Capital Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The results, after approval by the Board, will be filed electronically and published in English and Tamil dailies on February 13, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the shares of the company will be closed from January 1, 2026, to February 13, 2026.
