Scheme of Amalgamation of India Cements Subsidiaries Sanctioned by NCLT

India Cements Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiaries ICL Financial Services Limited, ICL International Limited, ICL Securities Limited and India Cements Infrastructures Limited has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai. The Appointed date of the Scheme is 1st January, 2025. The Company is awaiting the certified true copy of the Order to file it with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai for making the Scheme effective.
