The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 3, 2026, approved the AGM notice, Board Report, and Corporate Governance report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The cut-off date for AGM purposes is September 22, 2026, with book closure from September 24 to September 29, 2026. The company also appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting and polling process and sought member approval for loans, guarantees, securities, investments, and material related party transactions via special and ordinary resolutions, respectively.
