India Gelatine & Chemicals Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results declaration, expected to be August 12, 2026. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to the financial results announcement.
