India Glycols Ltd: NCLT Approves Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger

The demerged undertakings will be transferred to Ennature Bio Pharma Limited and IGL Spirits Limited, respectively. The Appointed Date for the scheme is April 1, 2026. The company has uploaded the NCLT's order dated July 17, 2026, on its website and will inform the stock exchanges about the Effective Date separately. This restructuring aims to streamline operations and potentially unlock value for shareholders by separating distinct business verticals.
