India Infraspace Appoints Mukeshkumar Jain & Co as Statutory Auditors

India Infraspace Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Mukeshkumar Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The auditors will serve for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting in 2031. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members. The previous auditors, M/s. Nikhil D Gupta & Associates, were appointed to fill a casual vacancy and their term will conclude at the upcoming AGM.
